Audio Smileys is a cute little application that allows you to play funny sounds to express your feelings. It is mostly targeted for youngsters, but of course, anyone can use it for fooling around with friends, or pulling pranks at co-workers. Once launched, just press keys 1...9 on your keypad to play the sound. In addition, you can create your own audio smileys with the built-in audio smiley editor.​

Note: Audio Smileys is by nature quite different from other Beta Labs applications. Do let us know whether or not you would want to see this kind of small and less serious apps in the future!
Compatibility and system requirements​

Should work on all* latest Nokia devices based on S60 or Series 40, with traditional keypad. Partially works on devices with QWERTY-keypad (only the center key can play sounds). Does not work on touch screen devices.​

* = requires Java version CLDC-1.1 and MIDP-2.0.
Known issues:​

* Series 40: when key is pressed, wait for the sound to end before pressing another key. Phone may freeze or crash if keys are pressed too fast.
* Volume bar at the bottom might not be entirely visible with some phone models.
* About picture customization:
o Some S60 phones cannot load pictures of more than 400kB.
o Series 40 phones cannot usually load pictures of more than 30kB.
* Performance depends on the phone model​

N95 Theme Renamer​

1) Install both .sis files fro the attached file

2) You have to have a hacked phone, so disable caps so that u can access the SYS folder

3) open the application and press the left soft-key and click the first chioce in the menu. This will let choose english. *thank god*

4) Choose the theme re-namer and proceed to re-name your themes.

5) One your done re-nameing, press the option button and then Cleanup Backup.

6) Exit the program, re-enable caps, enjoy ​

[29.1.2008] Open4All patch for ROMPatcher ​

The new Y-Drive/Modo hack is complicated, but many people already managed to make it work on their phones with firmware that resisted the old AppTRK and HelloCarbide hacks.

There's a problem, though. On many phones hacked with the new Y-Drive/Modo method, switching caps off does not give file managers like X-plore and ActiveFile access to system folders like c:\sys\bin.

This ROMPatcher patch takes care of that. When you let ROMPatcher run the Open4All patch, your file managers can get into the system folders.

Of course your phone has to be hacked and ROMPatcher has to be installed on your phone to make this patch work.

Newstop is an application which aggregates news from different sources and delivers it right to the main screen of your mobile phone.

You can choose your own news sources from the menu. Users can also view aggregate of keyword searches on ‘Twitter’ and ‘Google Blog search’. For example, if you want to keep yourself updated with all the tweets about Mobisy, you can simply add ‘Mobisy’ twitter feed to Newstop !!
