1.Uninstall SMARTMOVIE hiện có trên máy.
2. Dùng FileExplorer và Delete Files "101feaf9.mdl", "StackSrv05.db", "gsm_identity.qxc" và File "ip_config_x2.sys", sau đó RESTART máy.
3. Đặt lại ngày thành "01/01/2006"
4. Cài đặt SMARTMOVIE 2.76 bản đã đăng ký sau đó RESTART lại máy.
5.Install SMARTMOVIE v3.11 đè lên bản 2.76.. Không UNINSTALL bản 2.76 trước khi cài đè lên bản 3.11
