Best Blacklist highlights:

• Real-time incoming number analysis. When you have an incoming call BlackList application instantly detects incoming number and uses unique algorithm (reverted binary tree) to analyse it and determine if the service has to reject it or not. Regardless of how many numbers/contacts it has to analyse it rejects the call if needed in some microseconds, before your phone starts ringing and disturbs you.
• Just busy. Because of real-time number analysis and almost instant call reject all unwanted callers won't even know that they are blacklisted, they will just hear busy tone all the time.
• Scheduler. Scheduler makes BlackList your completely automated personal secretary. The service can reject everyone except family member at night, accept only co-workers at business hours on working days, etc.
• Real interaction with built-in contacts. When you set up your black lists you can add here contacts from your contact book (not just import phone numbers!) and even more you can insert here groups of contacts. Just create in your built-in contacts application some groups like Family, Spammers, Co-workers, etc and add these groups to as many lists as you need without adding tons of contacts to every list.
• Service based application. BlackList is professionally made application and consists from configuration application that you can start like any other application and service module (always-in-memory process). When you have configured the settings you can activate the service and close the configuration application. The service will do all job using really small amount of memory, system resources and absolutely transparent to user. Just configure and turn it on one time and you can forget about it and forget about all unwanted callers as well.

Lists and Correspondents

You can create as many lists as you need and activate the one that suits your current situation.

Only one list can be activated at one time. You can activate/deactivate any list using "Activate/Deactivate" commands. Currently active list is marked with . If no list is active then the service will perform no call filtering action.

There are 2 types of lists:

• Black list. If activated it will reject only the correspondents listed in this list.
• White list. If activated it will accept the correspondents listed in this list only and will reject everyone else.

Hint:
- Empty "white list" - will reject all incoming calls.
- Empty "black list" - will accept all calls.

You can add as many correspondents as you need to every list.

• Contact. You can select contacts from your contacts book. All phone numbers that the contact has will be blocked or accepted (depends on the list type)
• Group. You can select groups of contacts from your contacts book. All contacts that the group has and all their phone numbers will be blocked or accepted (depends on the list type)
• Phone number. Type here any custom phone number.
• Unrecognised number. Represents all callers who hide their phone number or their phone number were not recognised by network.

When you finish setup you can turn the service ON to start filtering all incoming calls. When the service is ON BlackList configuration application is no longer needed and you can close it in order not to waste the memory and resources, the service will stay in memory and will do all job.

When service is activated you can see brief status of service activity in application status line. Like "Rejected 3 / 4" - means 3 calls have been automatically rejected from 4 total incoming calls.

Please note: service activating could take some time (some seconds) as it has to prepare and organise all your data (fetch all phone numbers from listed contacts/groups of contacts, etc) to be able to analyse incoming phone number during a call in real time.

Scheduler

Scheduler is a very useful function of BlackList application that can switch your lists automatically based on defined time schedule. For example Scheduler can block all calls every day after 23:00 except the ones from very close family members, at 9:00 it can allow everyone to call you except some numbers you have blacklisted. During working days when you are on working place it can allow only "work" calls, etc

You can create as many scheduler "rules" as you want. If you don't want some rule to be enabled you can disable it (without deleting it) and when next time you need it you can enable it again (no need to create it again).


Call forwarding

Imagine the situation you are on business conference and want to accept some "work" calls only and don't want to be disturbed with the rest of calls. But you don't want to lose them! You can manage such situation easily with BlackList application. Just set up BlackList to accept needed calls only and use Phone built in "Call divert" options. To reach "Call divert" options, please start the system application "Settings" and select "Call divert" item here. This command allows you to configure Call forwarding service of your network operator directly from the application. Turn "Divert if busy" ON and set up here your secretary/voice mail/etc phone number and your network operator will automatically forward callers rejected by BlackList application to the specified number.

Handy log

You can always take a look what numbers were rejected by the application. To see rejected calls log select "View log" command from menu. Here you will be able to see all such calls sorted by time and call back the rejected caller from this view.

How to start:

• To have Best CallRecorder saving only those phone conversations you need, select Rules command from menu and set the rules according to your requirements;
• Open settings and customize the options you need;
• Activate Best CallRecorder by Joystick click;

Records view:

The records view of Best CallRecorder shows all phone conversation records. Here you can listen to those records, delete them and get detailed information about a record. The list of operations with records is as follows:

• Call a contact or a phone number. If the highlighted record has a phone number associated with it, you can dial it even without exiting Best CallRecorder - just press the Call button or select this command from menu;
• Properties - displays a dialog with detailed information about the record;
• Send - allows sending selected records via Bluetooth, E-Mail etc;
• Delete (hot key: 'C') - deletes the marked records;
• Delete all;
• Pack - deletes all records from the list which don't have a sound file associated with it (e.g. if it was manually deleted);
• Refresh - reloads the list of records;

Best CallRecorder allows creating the rules of following types:

• Default - this rule will be put into action if none of the active rules is used;
• Unknown - if caller's number is not in your Contacts, this rule will be used;
• Contact - you can set a separate rule for a specific contact;
• Group - a rule for a group of contacts;
• Phone - a rule for a phone number. You can use a mask for phone numbers. A match pattern can contain wildcard characters "*" and "?", where "*" matches zero or more consecutive occurrences of any character and "?" matches a single occurrence of any character.
  Example:
  '*111' - all numbers ending with 111;
  '111*' - all numbers beginning with 111;
  '12?34' - all numbers like 12034, 12134 ... 12934;

Each rule can have the following actions set to perform when the rule is matched:

• Ask before record - if this action is selected, Best CallRecorder will ask you whether to record a phone call or not;
• Record incoming calls - enable recording incoming calls;
• Record outgoing calls - enable recording outgoing calls;

Note: If you haven't chosen any action or have chosen only Ask before record, this rule will be disabled.
Rules application prioriy (in case you have any conflicting or overlapping rules):

• Unknown;
• Contact;
• Group;
• Phone;
• Default.

Settings:

In this dialog you can configure the following settings:

• Activate (Turn on / turn off)
• Record format (amr / wav)
• Records memory (Phone memory / Memory card)

How does it work:

During the call, Best Full Screen Caller shows big picture and detailed information associated with the contact.

To have Best Full Screen Caller showing a big picture during the call, you have to activate it - simply click Activate in the main view of the application.

Best Full Screen Caller allows associating a big picture with each contact, group or even unknown caller. To set the picture, click Pictures in the main view of the application, select the contact or the group and set a picture for them using menu item Select picture.

Flexible layout options of Best Full Screen Caller allow customizing the appearance of the screen shown during the call.




Settings

In this dialog you can configure the following settings:

• Autostart - if this option is turned on, the application service will start up automatically when you turn on your phone
• Show on - defines whether to show the screen during outgoing and incoming calls
• Show messages on - defines wether the screen for incoming messages should be shown only in standby mode or in any application or not at all.
• Backlight - normal or always on during a call
• Picture quality - defines the quality of big photo
• Text font
• Show title - allows showing or hiding the title pane, when the title is hidden, caller's picture can be a little bigger

Layout dialog

To customize the options of default Layout, open the Pictures dialog and select Edit layout command from menu.

If the caller belongs to a group with a custom Layout, then the settings of Layout for this group will be used to display the picture. To set a custom layout for a group of contacts, select a group in Groups tab and choose Create layout command from menu.

Caller information screen can be adjusted with the following options:

• Display mode - full screen mode, detail mode, full screen detail
• Photo stretch - fit screen and full screen modes
• Photo v-align - vertical align of photo
• Photo h-align - horizontal align of photo
• Caption v-align - vertical align of caption
• Details opacity / Details color - defines transparency and color of details list-box
• Background - allows setting as background current theme, custom solid color or picture
• Background picture - this option is accessible when Background is set to Picture and is used to select a picture for background
• Text color - this option is accessible when Background is set to Picture or Color
• Selection text - this option is accessible when Background is set to Picture or Color
• Background color - this option is accessible when Background is set to Picture or Color
• Highlight opacity / Highlight color - defines transparency and color of caption and listbox highlighted item; this option is accessible when Background is set to Picture or Color
• 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th Caption fields - allows choosing which information exactly about the caller will be shown in the caption
• Detail fields - allows showing or hiding fields in detail mode

1, Add "Select Action" option, where you can choose the operation when you select a number. If you choose "Menu", when you select a number(OK key) in the dialhelper list, there will be 2 icons, then you can press left key for dialing and right key for sms editor. - You can specify recording formats for call or memo separately.
- "Use hotkeys" option can be changed to only allow/disallow # codes with a patch upon request.
- Fixed the bug that unwanted memos are recorded if "Interrupted recording" is set to "auto resume".
- Fixed the bug that incoming calls are not recorded automatically on some phone models.
- Fixed the bug that caller ids are not saved on incoming calls on some phone models.
- Fixed the bug that pause / resume doesn't work for long conversation ( > 1 hr) during playback

It's recommended that you use "AMR" format to record phone calls for better result if "Warning beep" is turned off.

Cool it is a free call background sound software, can play music when the call to create an atmosphere

Instructions for use:
1, the installation ApsServer2_MR.sisx or ApsServer2_FP1.sisx.
2, installation of the corresponding member of the FreeCoolCalls, or use a certificate from the Forum for signature unsigned version, or use the root certificate xx signature.
3, any MP3 files will be renamed as FreeCoolCalls.mp3, into C: \ Data \ Sounds \ FreeCoolCalls.mp3. (This step can be omitted operation, but in order to reduce the space-time music library for the error probability).
4, open the menu of free cool, the first increase in music into the music list, and then set into the current state of conventional settings and self-starting, to withdraw from.
5, call or answer a call, when the monitor is open, the call will be automatically connected to play music

Simple instructions:
1, music list interface:
Navigation middle button to select, deselect, the * key for the selection of all, the # key for the lifting of all options, 0 key to reverse choice. By c key to delete the tag music, if not marked, remove the cursor of the music.
2, music browser interface:
On the left to return to a folder, right-for entry into the current folder (the folder on the cursor), the navigation keys for the middle open the current folder (the cursor in the folder) or switch tags (the cursor on the document).
