The mobile expense is a midlet for tracking expenses. The aim of the project is to be fully configurable by the user, using time/data context and also GIS in future. ​

1. Up/Down/Left/Right tilt gestures to emulate single press on navigation pad. Will be operable in any orientation (portrait/landscape) and any position (horizontal/vertical/in between) as shown in the video. Good for menus and some games.
2. Some noise filtering. It won't be totally immune to interference, but it will be usable while in motion (walking, driving, etc.)
3. Adjustable sensitivity levels
4. Scroll mode: Tilt (same as 1) and hold for scrolling to emulate press and hold on nav pad. Good for phone books, media player, etc.
5. Game mode: Orientation and position specific based on device tilt and angle. Meaning you will have to hold in horizontally at 0 angle in landscape orientation. Good for at home gaming.
6. Screen rotation: Rotating device from portrait to landscape.

Geocaching tools for Symbian OS Smartphones!

An entertaining adventure game for GPSusers. Participating in a cache hunt is a good way to take advantage ofthe wonderful features and capability of a GPS unit. The basic idea isto have individuals and organizations set upcaches all over the world and share the locations of these caches onthe internet. GPS users can then use the location coordinates to findthe caches. Once found, a cache may provide the visitor with a widevariety of rewards. All the visitor is asked to do is if they getsomething they should try to leave something for the cache.

SmartGPX is a viewer for GPX Pocket Queries. Pocket Queries areavailable for geocaching.com Premium Members. They contain allnecessary information about hidden caches that can also be found in thecache descriptions like cache location, description, size, type,Travelbugs inside and a number of logs. SmartGPX imports cache datafrom GPX files into a database. The database can hold thousands ofgeocache items depending on memory available on the storage medium.

Features of the current version:

Read Pocket Queries in GPX format available for Premium Members at geocaching.com.
Import GPX files from filesystem (phone memory on C:\ or memory card on E:\).
Show all caches in an overview list with information about cache type, TB inside, found.
Cache list order by name, waypoint name (GCxxxx), distance/direction, difficulty, date hidden, date of last log.
Set filter for Geocache list (Filter by name, container, type, distance/direction, found/not found)
Show cache description in a detail view as plain text and HTML with other information.
Additional images for cache descriptions can be downloaded anddisplayed via network. See "Copying additional images to the device"below.

The SmartGPXAddOn package is required on S60 3rd edition devices to enable the following functionality:
Export Geocaches to the Landmark DB. Exported Landmarks can be used in other applications like Navigator or Nokia Maps
Retrieve the current position from a built-in or connected GPS-Receiverand use it for "Find nearest", "Sort by Distance" and "Set My Location"
Simple navigation functionality for spontanuous city caching (planned in the near future)

UNOS PRO – S-MailS

S-MailS is UNOS’s unique SMS and E-mail hybrid messaging system. S-MailS allows a user to send SMS to another UNOS user for FREE, anywhere in the world and provides typical E-mail functionalities, through the UNOS PRO MIDlet.

When a UNOS user sends a S-MailS to another UNOS recipient’s mobile phone number, the recipient will immediately receive the message in 2 ways:

(a) on his mobile phone, in the UNOS inbox; AND
(b) on his PC, in the e-mail client inbox.

The recipient can then reply back either through his mobile phone using UNOS S-MailS or through his PC. Either way, the reply will be received immediately by the original sender in his UNOS Inbox. In short, S-MailS facilitates a push-messaging function via a MIDlet. All messages via UNOS S-MailS within the UNOS Community is FREE.

With S-MailS, the user is able to define up to three email accounts, workplace emails and web-based emails, for this push email feature.


UNOS PRO – Voice

UNOS PRO Voice offers voice calls with PBX functionalities on a mobile phone at very competitive and low call rates .

UNOS PRO Voice offers six functionalities.

(a) Voice-Out

A straightforward call function which enables users to make IDD calls from their home country or while overseas at affordable UNOS IDD call rates.


(b) Voice-In

This function allows users to set follow-me features especially when they are travelling to avoid expensive roaming charges. If the user purchases a foreign country prepaid SIM card, and uses that number, UNOS Voice-In can map the user’s original mobile number to the foreign country prepaid SIM card.

Follow Me Function – Gets the user connected via the user’s existing (home country) mobile number, minus expensive roaming charges. Upon activation, all voice calls to the user’s existing (home country) mobile number will be routed to an overseas phone number activated with UNOS system. The user will then be contactable while the user is overseas, whether the user’s mobile phone has roaming services or not.
Call Alert Function – When the user travels overseas and does not wish to change to an overseas SIM card, the user may activate the Call Alert Function. All voice calls to the user’s home country’s SIM number will NOT be routed to the user’s mobile phone. Instead, UNOS will notify the caller that the user is currently overseas. An SMS Call Alert notification bearing the caller’s contact identity will be sent to the user.


(c) Buddy Call

Launch voice calls on behalf of others anytime, anywhere. Allows users to initiate voice calls on behalf of their family members, friends and colleagues. When travelling overseas, the user can initiate calls from any overseas country fixed or mobile number to any destination without worrying about high IDD roaming rates.



(d) Hotel Connect

Launching calls to hotel room, and using the hotel room phone to launch single or multi party calls. This function bridges the line in the user’s hotel room to make a call to any destination in the world, while avoiding high hotel call charges.



(e) Conference Call

The Conference Call function allows the User to engage in an immediate conference call, anytime and anywhere. Just enter the contacts, press CALL and everyone will be connected instantly. There is no conference call subscription fee – you will be charged only on the usage, based on our competitive rates.



UNOS PRO – Favorites

The Favorites folder is a convenient mobile application solution provided free to the UNOS PRO user. The Favorites folder contains service delivery folders which may be added or deleted by the user at anytime. Additional functions in the service folder configured via the UNOS Mobile Converter is automatically incorporated into the folder.

The Favorites folder is where UNOS’s URequest service delivery function delivers specific services to the UNOS user via the UNOS PRO MIDlet as requested by the user or from enterprises or institutions of which the user is a member.


UNOS PRO – Contacts

The UNOS PRO Contacts enables the user to synchronise the user’s phonebook in his or her mobile phone with Contacts in UNOS PRO. Contacts will facilitate and enable the UNOS user to make calls and send S-MailS to anyone anywhere in the world. With Contacts, the user can also easily initiate the Conference Call function and speak with several people all at the same time. ​
