He/she is the main contact between QA in the Division and HQ/Local Producers and Managers on that Division. His/her main task is to coordinate the activities required to meet Gameloft quality standards and deadline for all Projects in the Division. Your daily responsibilities consist of: - General management: Be fully responsible for a Division in QA; Be the main contact for the division to Top Managers, HQ Producers and contacts in other studios; Motivate staff in the Division by keeping good working environment and providing them with clear objectives in line with the targets set for the Division and QA department; - Project, Technical and Development management: Organize the Division to meet the production need and comply with studio regulations: set up teams, appoint and dismiss different positions in the Division to ensure the best possible QA performance within optimal time and resource cost; Define quality standard and QA processes for the Division, constantly revise and optimize QA Processes following the needs from production; Work with QA Studio Manager on recruitment to ensure the resource for the Division following the project planning; Standardize the management method, templates (reports, requests, follow-ups), documents used in the Division; Evaluate the performance of the Division staff and provide training courses to improve their skills; Give coaching and mentoring to QAPMs and QA leads to improve team performance; Daily supervise project progression, both inside and outside, and warn all stakeholders on having problem; Make sure all working tools are properly updated; Control Overtime in the division and optimized whenever it's possible; Maintain the good communication between QA and Development team, avoid all conflicts in projects. Ensure the deadline for all Projects in the Division; Detect problems in the Division, find solution to resolve the problem and prevent it from happening again; Regularly review and update the checklists used in the Division; Make proposals to improve processes and working environment (new tools, testing method…). Requirements 2-3 year experience in a management role; Graduating from IT major is an advantage; Good leadership and problem solving skill; Good communication & organization; Ability to work under pressure; Training/Coaching skills; Deep knowledge of the process and checklists; Proficient in English.
