Virtual Sculpture Project v1.0 S60(java)

Conjure a 3D sculpture onto your desktop with your mobile phone!

1. Print the thumbnail picture in color on an A/4 page and lay it onto your desktop.
2. Start the application and follow the instructions. When you turn the camera of the phone towards the figure, a 3D sculpture will appear on the screen as if it was one of the objects on your desk.

Your phone must be able to run 3D Java applications and must have a camera wich is programmable from Java*. (JAVA MIDP 2.0, CLDC 1.1, JSR 184, JSR 135)

Suggested models: Nokia N 70 (the fastest), SonyEricsson K700i (K750i only with R1AA008 firmware!), Siemens phones (slow, but stable).

*Some models (like Nokia 6230i) can run 3D applications and has a camera, but the camera is not programmable, so the application won`t run on them. (They don`t suit the JSR 135 specification.)

Mobile Search is the first complete search application for the Symbian platform. After entering any search string, the native C++ application searches for results in the following areas:

* Contacts, search is processed in any field
* Calendar, inclusive notes, appointments and anniverseries
* Todo application
* SMS in all folders and custom subfolders
* Email in all folders and custom subfolders, searches in body as well as subject line
* Notepad 1)
* complete file system regarding filenames, found files can be viewed in associated application
* iDesk notes, found notes can be opened directly inside iDesk2)

With the integrated option dialog, you can define in which sections of the mobile the search should be processed to get your results as fast as possible.

After successful search, you 'll get a list with all found results, which can be directly viewed. You can also switch to the associated application, when a contact is selected, you can even jump directly to the correct entry in the contacts application.
Selected listbox entry is also copied to clipboard automatically.

Timings on a date
Want to know what time you'll be waking up later this year in Ramadan, or what time the prayers will be on a particular date? Prayer Times can take in a particular Hijri/Gregorian date and give you calculated timings on that day. Available in Prayer Times Pro only (coming soon).

Automatic Alerts
You can set automatic Athan alerts or automatic message tone alerts to for specific prayer times. This is especially useful in western countries where there is no Athan and no way of being notified of the current prayer. Automatic alerts will launch the application at Prayer times even if the application is not running (some phones may request for permission to auto-launch, which you should accept).

Qibla Direction
Did you know that magnetic compasses are incorrect and cannot be trusted for getting the direction of Kabah? This is because the magnetic field changes and does not point to the TRUE North. Prayer Times for mobiles gives you an accurate direction of the Qibla based on True North. Prayer Times Pro will have its own dedicated screen for Qibla direction, distance to kaabah etc (coming soon).

Size matters

The resolution of mobile phone cameras is relatively low. Nowadays they usually have 1-2 megapixels, while generic digital cameras resolution starts from 3 megapixels.

PhotoAcute Mobile produces 2-times larger photographs (for example, 2400x1800 instead of 1600x1200 for Nokia N90). Unlike the digital zooming and image sharpening, resultant photographs produced by PhotoAcute Mobile do really have higher spatial resolution.

If you need an image of a smaller size (for example, to put it on the web page), it can be downscaled, but the quality of the downscaled image will be certainly higher compared to the standard photograph.




Details make the difference

PhotoAcute Mobile photographs have 2-times more pixels than the standard photographs, thus giving you 2-times more details. Small, thin and far away objects, textures and inscriptions become recognizable.

How does it work?

PhotoAcute Mobile processes several photographs taken in sequence mode, thus acquiring more graphic information than is available from a single photograph. Using sophisticated, proprietary algorithms it combines the individual images to produce one large-sized and high-quality image. It also performs additional image processing to make the resultant picture sharper and remove defects. Using the state-of-art algorithms allows it to achieve a great increase in quality.

PhotoAcute Mobile performs all image processing on the handset, so you do not need to use any desktop computer. You can also use PhotoAcute Studio application for processing photographs on the desktop computer

Installation Instructions :


Download and transfer MultipleX Jad and Jar file on your mobile phone to install the application.

After you download the software (Jad and Jar files) on your cell phone and start the installation by running the Jad file, please follow the following steps:

1. Ignore the 'Application is Untrusted' warning if installing MultipleX 2.0.0.
2. Choose the location to install (Cell phone's memory or an External storage card)
3. The application will get installed and will show along with the other installed applications (usually under Menu in Nokia phones).

Open/Run the MultipleX application (usually under Menu in Nokia phones). If you are using this software for the first time, you will be prompted to enter your MultipleX User Name and Password. If you do not have a Login/Password, please visit http://cellserf.com/multiplex_register.html to complete the registration.

To test if the application is installed and configured correctly, start by sending a text message to yourself. Which means, put your own user name in the receipient list when you compose a new text message. You will get back this message on your cell phone in few minutes if the software and GPRS service is configured correctly on your mobile. You can also try to send an email message to your own email address. Please make sure email from cellserf are not marked spam/junk by your email service provider.

In case you are not able to run the application, please select the Log option on Main Menu and send the error details at contact@cellserf.com
