Astro is a freeware mobile java application (to use on your mobile device). Its purpose is to display the sunrise and sunset time for a specified location.


Instructions:

*The default location in Astro is New York City (with Daylight Saving Time on)

*To use your own location, enter the location details (latitude, longitude, gmt offset) then press “Update”

*To convert a deg/min/sec latitude or longitude to the internal (decimal) format used by Astro h**p://velakor.com/general/astro.php

Qibla Direction
Did you know that magnetic compasses are incorrect and cannot be trusted for getting the direction of Kabah? This is because the magnetic field changes and does not point to the TRUE North. Prayer Times for mobiles gives you an accurate direction of the Qibla based on True North.
