Hix, em tìm được cái hướng dẫn này:

1) Remove the battery and wait 5 seconds. Replace the battery

2) Press and Hold voice recorder button (below power button on the left)

3) Power-on the device

4) The device will enter a special power-up mode

5) "Card found" will be displayed on the screen

6) Shortly after you will receive two options:

"Press any key to enter boot loader"
"Press action button to enter diag mod"

7) Press and hold the Action button

8) After a few seconds a menu will be displayed

9) Select "Erase IPSM" and wait for the screen to display "PASSED"

10) Then move to the left with the navigation button and select "END"

11) A screen with three colors will be displayed

Làm đúng step 1, 2, 3, 4 nhưng cái fone của em không hiện lên "Card Found" như step 5, và chỉ thông báo 1 dòng duy nhất "Press any key to enter boot loader"
Sau đó là vèo tới step 11 luôn, không bấm được vào menu ở trong

Bạn hardreset lại máy theo cách: tắt máy, bấm và giữ cả 2 softkeys (hai phím trái phải nằm ngay dưới màn hình) sau đó bấm và thả nút power, vẫn giữ 2 softkeys đến khi hiện ra thông báo thì nhấn 0 để restore factory settings.

Có thể do version của máy thấp quá ..bạn thử update version mới của máy xem sao ..Tớ cũng đã gặp trường hợp này rùi ..
