Data costs
If you've got an unlimited GPRS or 3G data connection, this is for you. Unlimited data rates allow you to listen as long as you like, wherever you are. Unlimited data is cheapest in India and the USA, but is available in many areas: check with your network operator. In the UK, Orange are currently offering unlimited 3G data with every new 3G phone for a limited period.

Listening on pay-per-use GPRS is charged at your network's rate, which may be substantial. You're advised to check with your network operator before downloading this application. Data use per hour is around 7.2M.

Virgin Radio is actively working with mobile phone companies to offer special prices on radio listening with this application.

What is emoze?

Why Push Mail?

Sometimes it is the littlest thing that makes the biggest difference in your using or not using a particular service or product.

For instance, you read your snail mail more frequently if it is delivered directly to your home, rather than having to bring it yourself from the post office.

Many studies have shown that with Email, the littlest thing that makes the biggest difference is the "Push Mail" methodology -- as opposed to "Pull Mail".

You may not have even noticed it, but most of the time you receive your Emails without having to take any action. Your Email messages simply and almost magically appear in your computer's inbox. Rejects automatically any unwelcomed call



No more unwanted calls! BlackList application automatically rejects any unwelcomed call. The program is fully customizeable and easy to use. There are custom rules that can contain persons from contacts, groups of persons from contacts, custom phone numbers, there are selective situations, tight interaction with Contacts, handy log, etc, etc...

How to get started

There are 3 top views in the program: Status view, Rules view, and Rejected calls history view. You can switch between them with joystick left/right.


Status view

In this view you can turn BlackList on or off. If BlackList is off it doesn't block any calls.

When turned on you can see how many incoming calls you've had and how many of them were rejected by BlackList application.

Note: You can close BlackList application at any time, but if it's activated it will work in the background anyway. To stop the program completely you should deactivate it before closing

Rejected calls history View

Here you can see BlackList activity. In this view you can see what calls were rejected and when. The calls are sorted by time of the call in descending order. It means that the most recent calls are displayed on the top of the list.

Rules view
(Application customization)

Here you can fully customize your BlackList. There are two types of rules. You can activate only one of them.

Black list: Here you can define the list of correspondents you don't want to answer. If this rule is activated and someone from this list is calling, BlackList application will automatically decline this call.

Accept only list: Here you can define the list of correspondents you want to accept calls from only. If this rule is activated and you're called by somebody not from this list of correspondents this call will be automatically rejected.

What's "situations"? We understand that you may have more than one rule set. And use one, for example, when you're on vacations, another one for working days, etc. It's not easy for you to refill black list always with different sets of correspondents. That's why we have added "situations".

Each situation can have its own list! So you can switch between the whole group of your defined correspondents easily. The name of currently activated situation is displayed in the application's title.

Correspondents list

When setting up the rules (black list or accept only list) you should fill them in with correspondents. You can use person(s) selected from Contacts application, groups of persons from Contacts and/or custom phone numbers as a correspondent.

Overview


Active Today is a fantastic one-page personalized desktop providing an overview of today's information and quick access to your key applications on the Nokia 7610/6600/36x0 & SX1. The Active Today desktop can be viewed in two modes - normal or full screen, with full customization of background, font, and text colours.

Active Today gives you a convenient and functional phone desktop that allows you to view today's calendar and to-dos, summary of messaging information, and allows you to configure five shortcuts to favourite applications or websites. New calendar entries, to-dos, and messages can be created directly using Active Today.

The application allows full customization of the display - including choosing a background wallpaper and text font and colors, with an amazing full screen mode for additional personalization.

Additional features include an automatic keypad lock and setting the operator logo on the phone.




Special Active Today Features
Use the joystick to toggle right and left to scan calendar and to-do information for other days. You can quickly return to today's date using the 'Go to Today' menu option.

A summary of your key messaging information is displayed, with context sensitive launching of the messaging application when opened from Active Today, taking you straight to new messages. Specify five favourites to appear on the bottom of the page, and adjust the icon size to suit your preferences.

Phone Integration
Active Today is fully integrated with the phone, and acts as a third "home" application. When Active Today is running the Menu key will switch between Active Today, the Phone application, and the Menu application. You can also set Active Today to toggle only between Active Today and the Menu application.

Task Switcher
Active Today includes an enhanced task switcher for the Nokia 7610/6600/36x0 & SX1. The utility is invoked by pressing and holding the Menu key, and displays a list of the applications currently running on the phone, and their memory usage. The built-in Nokia Task Switcher can also be used.

Languages
Active Today is now available in English, US English, Italian, German, Finnish, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Norwegian and Dutch. Language packs can be downloaded for free.

Musician v1.6



A musician's tool. I wanted a tuner for my guitar and violin, plus a metronome to start songs off at the right tempo. Hence Musician. There are polyphonic tuning tones for E, B, G, D and A, enough to tune both guitar and violin, of configurable length. The metronome will display beats at any tempo from 50 to 220 beats per minute, with an optional audible 'click'.

Musician is fully working shareware and distrubuted using the freeware method. Just use it freely and consider registering if you find it useful!

Note that Musician needs you to have first installed the small Python runtime. This will upgrade your smartphone to run Python programs and is a good idea. You can download the Python runtime/interpreter for free from http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=154155
