DEdit by Juriy Bakunin aka JBAK, is a wonderful and rich text editor for the Symbian S60 2nd and 3rd edition. The program aimed at creating and editing simple text, and is a good tool for developers.

Lets you have multiple editing windows with several files at the same time, includes a history of files, search and replace functions, selecting text of various types, advanced functions and bookmarks. The texts can be saved with almost any type of character encoding, we can highlight the line in which we are editing and configure the appearance and colors of the editor. A little jewel of just 80 Kb, is fulfilling its role to perfection.

In first, this is first true multitasked application on Symbian. With DEdit you can edit multiple files and move between windows with menu button.

• History of 20 last open files
• Integrated simple file manager, which helps you to open and save files
• A lot hotkeys, designed for using with one hand
• Advanced selection and movement operations
• Support of many encodings, including system encoding plugins (.cpl)
• Search and replace in text, with history of user searches.

• Remember user defined text positions (Bookmarks), 20 for each edited document.

DEdit hotkeys - are combinations of two keys. First, press key with green tube ("Call" or "Dial"), release it, and then press second key. For example, menu item Search has label [g7]. For run search you must press and release "Green" key, and then quick press key 7.

Watchee v0.5.3 S60v2 J2ME

















Watchee is a Live-Tracking software for mobile phones (J2me) and PDA (Windows CE). You can transmit position, photos and messages (SMS,mails) of any length in real time. You buddies can watch your tours (tracks and photos) in real time and free of charge over the Watchee web portal and even chat with you. You can see the distance and movement details of your buddy on your phone. Further features are for example to view the history tracks on the web portal and to grant fine grained access permissions to buddies. The only charge is the costs for data transfer (GPRS costs of your phone provider) which are very small as the data is highest compressed.

Sunclock v1.02.13 S60v2 J2ME












Sunclock is a J2ME Midlet that displays a map of the Earth and indicates the illuminated portion of the globe by drawing sunlit areas dark on light, night areas as light on dark. In addition to providing local time for the default timezone, it also displays up to four additional cities on the map with the local times also. The map updated every minute to follow the movement of the earth. Using the Setup menu you can choose the cities according to your interest. You have to specify the correct timezone values relative from GMT and the integer WGS-84 coordinates of the cities to display them on the map. Thus the current phones do not supports the timezone settings, the localtime will be calculated based on the Main City setup and the internal phone clock will be interpreted as a timezone corrected local time value according to the Main City timezone selection.
