BestDay is a powerful and unique information managing tool that allows you to overview and to work with your daily events, appointments, tasks and messages in a single and great looking view. BestDay is really clear and easy to use but at the same time it is a very powerful information managing tool. BestDay is a fully customizable application that allows a user to change background image, colours and application appearance directly on the device in fast and easy way.

Three zoom levels will help you to find the size that suits you best.
Today view collects information to show you all your important information in a single optimized view. You can change any entry state (e.g. Completed (Space key) or tentative). Moreover you can edit or create new meetings, memos, to-do entries etc right here without using Calendar application at all.

Today view contains Calendar and Tasks panes. You can switch between them with Tab key.
Calendar pane

When calendar pane is activated you can use Left/Right keys to switch days (e.g. to show events scheduled for tomorrow, etc). You can press ESC key to select today in one key press.
Legend:
Hint: Using command 'Go to gate' (Ctrl-G hotkey) you can select any needed day very fast as well.
Tasks pane
When Tasks pane is activated you can use Left/Right keys to switch between available tasks lists. When all tasks lists are selected to be shown then all lists will be shown one by one and separated with a line.

Messages pane
Messages pane shows you numbers of SMS, MMS, Emails and faxes in your inbox. It shows number of non-read messages and total number of messages.
Hint:
* Pressing Ctrl, Shift, Ctrl-Shift and Func keys animates the buttons bar. While you press one of these keys the button set is changed and different commands are displayed. Most commands on button bar can be accessed in this way without switching to menus.
Customization
Using 'View settings' command (Ctrl-K) you can change the background image, all text colours, levels of opacity, etc.
Furthermore you can customize Today view's behaviour here:
Agenda (settings for Calendar pane):
* Next days number to show - very powerful option that determines how many days ahead will be shown in Calendar pane.
* Hide today's past events - If on, then events that are out-timed for today won't be shown
* Hide completed events - If on, then all completed events won't be shown in a list.
Tasks (settings for Tasks pane):
* Display priority
* Show completed tasks
* Show past tasks
* Show undated tasks
* Show tasks due today
* Show scheduled tasks

Smartphoneware Best MessageStorer v1.02

Best MessageStorer lets you easily and conveniently save your SMS, MMS, emails in a text file and send them to your PC.



In the main view of Best MessageStorer you can choose specific folder in the left tree. If you want to see all messages choose folder All, if messages from Inbox folder only - choose folder Inbox.
In the right listbox you will see a list of all messages in the chosen folder. If you whant to view/store many massages you could mark it via space or use combination of Shift + Up/Down arrows.

Smartphoneware Best Profiles v1.02


Best Profiles allows automatic profiles switching according to your schedule or calendar. For each profile Best Profiles allows selection of additional settings such as: backlight, cover open/close sounds, run custom application.
Any user of a Communicator had experienced the following situations: while in the office, meeting or dinner suddenly your communicator disturbs you. An incoming call!? Not now!? It's the only thing you can think about at the moment. Quite often interruption puts you into an embarrassing situation. Another example: you are lying in bed, trying to have some rest after a hard day at work, and again the phone is ringing, because you forgot to switch off "your favourite toy"... Terrible!
It is understandable to expect your communicator to change profile settings automatically, for example a silent mode at night or at work. Unfortunately, Nokia Communicator is not equipped with this feature. But there's no need to worry: Best Profiles integrates this feature into your smartphone!
How to start:
To make Best Profiles start adding extra functions to standart profiles you need to configure rules and set additional settings. Of course, you also need to turn Best Profiles on.

Main view:
* Profiles panel - in this panel you can see a list of profiles, change an active profile and configure the following properties for the selected profile:
* Backlight: normal, on if charging, always on;
* Bluetooth;
* Case open sound;
* Case close sound;
* On profile activate sound;
* Run apps - you can assign any application installed on your communicator that will be launched when activating this profile;

* Rules panel - here there's a list of rules which you can configure:
Schedule rules:
Profiles will be switched according to the schedule (composed in this dialog). You can set the profile activation time at any day(s) of week (use cursor left/right for select day and spacebar for mark/unmark it), the deactivation time and a profile that has to be turned on after the deactivation. You can temporarily turn off any entry by choosing enable off. This entry will be omitted, i.e. Best Profiles will not activate the profile indicated in this entry.

Every rule has the following parameters:
* Activate time - the time it has to be activated;
* Condition - the day(s) of week it has to be activated;
* Profile - one of five system profiles;
* Allow deactivate - choosing "Yes", you can set the profile deactivation time and the profile you want to activate after this one;
* Deactivate time & Restore profile - here you can define the profile that will be activated after the Deactivate time. You can select one of the five system profiles or "Previous". If you select "Previous" the profile activated before the Deactivate time will become active again.
Calendar rules:
In this dialog you can set Calendar rules.
Best Profiles works with your Calendar! If you have a meeting recorded in the Calendar, you don't have to add a line to your Best Profiles schedule. The program will automatically select the defined profile when it finds the keyword assigned for the profile.
For example, you have a note in your Calendar about a meeting from 9.00 to 10.00 but you think that you may forget to switch your communicator to the Silent profile. So you want your Best Profiles to switch to it automatically at 9.00 and then switch back to General (or any other) profile at 10.00. This is what you have to do in your Best Profiles is to specify a keyword (we recommend to place it in special symbols, e.g. #meeting#). When Best Profiles finds this word or word combination you defined, it'll switch to the profile you've defined for this keyword automatically.
It is possible to execute the following operations: add new, change, delete entry, enable or disable.

Every rule has the following parameters:
* Keyword - this is the word you will be using in your Calendar. This word must to be unique because SmartProfiles scans all the notes in the Calendar looking for this word.
Example: you define the keyword work for activating Silent mode. Then you add in the Calendar "Start work" at 9:00 and "Finish work" at 18:00. SmartProfiles will switch the Silent mode on at 9:00 and 18:00. To make this word unique we recommend to place this word in special symbols $..$, %..%... E.g. #work# or %work% or !arbeit!;
* Profile - one of the system profiles associated with the keyword;
* Allow deactivate - if "Yes" is selected and you have created the timed meeting in the Calendar (e.g. Start Time to 6:00 and End Time to 12:00), then the profile selected in the "Restore profile" option is activated;
* Restore profile - one of the five system profiles or "Previous" profile can be selected;
Charger rules:
In this view you can configure to which profile the communicator will switch when connecting and disconnecting the charger. For example, if your communicator is always charging at home you can set for the rule Charger on profile Silent anf for Charger off - General.

BestSafe's user interface is intuitive and easy to use. It is bases on two panes, the left onedisplays a hierarchical list of cards. The right pane shows the selected card. Your cards are organised in a hierarchical, categorized cards list. Cards
Lots of included templates with predefined fields and icons allow you a jump-start, but it's easy to create new or modify existing templates. The standard templates include Address, Credit Card, Bank Account, Calling Card, Car Info, Clothes Size, Combination Lock, Contact, Documents, Drivers Licence, Email Account, Emergency Numbers, General Purpose, Health Numbers, ID Card, Insurance policy, Internet Provider, Inventory, Lens prescription, Library Card, Membership Info, Note Card, Online Banking, Passport Info, Password, Prescription, Serial Number, Social Security Number, Software Serial Number / Registration, Voice Mail Info, Web Site, Mobile Phone, Gifts, Friends, Contracts, Credits, Financings, Leasing, Deposit of Securities, Borrowing Positions, Lease/Rent, Sales contract, Book, Audio-CD/DVD/LP, DVD/Video, etc.
But BestSafe is not limited to these templates, you can easily create your own templates or remove unneeded ones.
Fields
BestSafe does not only support data types like text, number etc, but also generic data types like phone number, email, web address, etc. For instance select phone number in a BestSafe card and the application will offer you to dial it, send a SMS or MMS.

Four zoom levels and changeable sizes of panes will help you to find the size that suits you best.
Format
Your cards can be colourful! You can highlight some data in your card with different colours, format it bold, italic or underlined to create readily identifiable cards and make the work with your cards a real pleasure.
Card attachments
You can attach some contacts from your contact book or some files (Word documents, pictures, sound files, etc) to any card using the 'Attachments' command. It is possible to view contacts directly in card attachments. Please note: Attachments are external to BestSafe document and are not encrypted.
Hints on navigation in hierarchical cards list
* To collapse selected card press 'Left arrow'. Pressing left on already collapsed card or on the card that doesn't have sub cards will bring selection to parent card of the current card.
* To expand selected card press 'Right arrow'. Pressing Right on already expanded card will bring selection to first sub card of the selected card.
Arranging cards in a list
* You can move cards, change their order and even level (ownership). To move an item up or down you can press Ctrl+Up Arrow/Ctrl+Down Arrow.
Organizing templates
* To create new template, modify or remove existing template you can use 'Templates' command.
* You can move templates in templates list, move fields in fileds list using Ctrl+Up Arrow/Ctrl+Down Arrow.
Multi document system
BestSafe supports the Document based system (e.g. like Word application). It allows the user to create and maintain any number of documents containing your cards and start them from desktop, file manager, etc. When BestSafe is started, it automatically opens the last used document. You can open other documents, create new ones, save current or even delete the current document using the corresponding commands in the File menu. You can place BestSafe documents (e.g. like Word files) anywhere on the device and start them from any location.

Security
Any BestSafe document can be password protected and encrypted by BestSafe. To enable security use 'Set Password' command on the file menu. After you specify a password the BestSafe document will be encrypted. Every time you open this document BestSafe asks you for the password. No unauthorized person can open and see your document without specifying correct password. To keep your cards secure we use industry standard BlowFish encryption and MD5 message digest algorithms. Passwords are not stored anywhere in the document or in any place on device to further increase the safety. Password verification is performed by checking digital signs. All encryption/decryption is performed on the fly and transparent to user (without any noticeable delays and user interaction).

Extend the possibilities of your communicator! Do not limit yourself to small photos and scarce information! Full Screen Caller will show a big picture and detailed information about your interlocutor. This simple and yet powerful application will make your incoming and outgoing calls more informative and gratifying to the eye.
How to start:
* Start Full Screen Caller;
* Open settings dialog and activate it;
* Set pictures for contacts, group of contacts and contacts databases;
* On incoming or outgoing call, Full screen caller detects the phone number and finds the best photo to show. I.e. if a photo for this contact was not found, it looks for a photo for the group assigned to this contact, and if this one is not found either, it takes the photo assigned for contacts database.

Main view:
In the main view of the application, the left panel shows contacts, groups of contacts and contacts databases. The contacts pane looks alike with Contacts application. The right pane shows a big picture set for the selected contact, group or contacts database.
To assign a big picture, select the command Set picture, then choose the file with desired photo. After you have selected the file, a picture editor will open:
An outline shows the part of the photo, which will remain in the resulting picture. Use arrow keys for scrolling, for more exact scrolling holdà Shift + arrow keys. To change zoom level use Zoom in/out commands, for more accurate zoom hold shift + zoom commands.
Settings:
* Activate - if this option is active, FSCaller will show the picture automatically when there is a call and start automatically when the phone is switched on;
* Show on incoming calls;

* Name order;
* Look and feel settings;

* If the example is in .zip file then extract files from it (Using BestFile or ZipManager)
* On your commi locate and simply start .bas file of this example with FileManager or BestFile
* You can also add this file to Desk as well to be able to start it from your desktop anytime you want, like any other application
Some highlights of examples made on SBasic

In this game you have a ship and have to collect as many minerals as possible. Minerals can be in 3 states:
- Grey - mineral is good to collect if you catch it.
- Yellow - mineral is ok to collect, but beware it can become instable any moment.
- Burning - mineral now is instable - try to avoid them, otherwise your ship will be destoyed.

Graphic mode example. Nice looking screen saver. Displays current time with large semi transparent digits over a nice background picture.

Some examples that run in console mode.
Application that calculates and displays body mass index is based on typed data. Custom sized matrix determinant calculation is based on recursive algorithm.
