    SoonrClient v1.3.0.239

    How It Works
Your phone, our service, and a secure client is the key to unlimited access anywhere.

[IMG] PC Power Delivered To Your Phone [IMG] Access to applications and files is “PC Power on your phone”. SoonR is the only service that enables standard mobile phones to use the applications on PCs in an optimized way. Desktop Search, Outlook, Skype, and the files on desktop computer(s) are made available anywhere you are and even when your computer is turned off*. Any phone with data access becomes a smart phone.

All over the world, people are discovering the freedom of a mobile lifestyle. But the critical information that people depend on are still stored on personal computers and their hard disks. Why leave this behind when you are mobile?

Open up your Web browser of choice and go to www.soonr.com (or www.soonr.com/mobile for some phones).

This is the screen you will first see when you access SoonR on your handset.

After logging in, if you're like me or Charlie, you'll see this message if you haven't received the text message to validate your account.

This is the home page after you get past the account verification screen.

Clicking on Desktop brings you to your list of folders made remotely accessible.

These next two are the navigation through my subfolders to the images I want to show for this demo. Note that the blue bar shows which folder your browsing in at any given time.

Opening "Cellulars" brings me to all my images of junk I've sold on eBay and other images of phones I've found interesting. The default view is the thumbnail view for folders with images after the thumbnails have been generated. (this took awhile, but it actively creates them from your desktop in the background, give it a day and it should have all the thumbnails properly created)

Clicking on "List" view shows the folders contents like this.

Clicking on the file specified itself brings up a new page that looks like this with new options which include View, Share, Email, Get, and Monitor.

Clicking on "Share" opens a page for you to send the file to another SoonR user with a message attached.

Clicking "View" opens a larger preview of the file in the "Slideshow" view. Notice the red navigation buttons for cycling through the image files. Clicking on the image itself will advance the slide to the next image. There are also options for changing the files name (Edit Title) and should you choose to share it with another member using the "Share" button from the previous menu, they can leave comments for it as well.

At the bottom of this preview page, there are quick navigation keys to bring you back to various levels of browsing your files.

Clicking the "Monitor" button opens a page for tracking changes made to a file. If the file is moved from that location or modified in anyway, SoonR offers the ability to notify you via SMS (though I doubt this would work for those who haven't even gotten the verification message like me).

Pressing the "Get" button prompts the browser to see the file as a download. This works properly with images of various sorts, MP3's, and other miscellaneous files, but I found that if it has a hard time reading videos and .sis files. For those errors, I found that you can email the file to yourself and it will show up as an attachment.

Pressing the "Email" button brings up this screen to send it to an email of your choice. After attempting to do this over EDGE, I encountered error messages, but the file was still sent to its destination after a certain amount of time without fail. I imagine WLAN would have some better results. The best part is, you don't send the email from your phone. The email is sent through SoonR's servers from your own registered email address without you having to wait for the transfer. The file will be sent to the recipients email as an attachment.

When you exit SoonR, it will ask you if you'd like to clear the cache for security purposes, keeping your phone's internal memory nice and clean as well as keeping your files secure.

    SmartGPX v0.4.0 Alpha S60v3

    GPX in your Pocket!

    [IMG] [IMG]

    [IMG] [IMG]

Query to viewer for Symbian OS based smartphones. It is designed to be simple ace possible ace. You dog hold your GPS to receiver in one hand and your Symbian OS device in to other hand to view your location and the breaks description AT the same Time. The current version of SmartGPX is in a kind of ALPHA state but I uses it for clears to long Time now and maybe to other U.S.able Symbian users might find it too.

Limitations of the ALPHA version :

    - Only basic functionality
    - Limited support of HTML content
    - Pocket Queries should contain only up to 100-200 entries. Larger files would cause out of memory errors. This is a device restriction on e.g. 6630, 6680 and smaller 3rd edition devices.
    - No real usage of connected or built-in GPS receivers
    - No usage of GPS on 3rd edition phones.
    Available only in English

m3Dcam: Create 3D photos using your mobile phone!

m3Dcam should work on phones supporting Java, which allow camera access through J2ME (MMAPI camera support).

    Sample photo :

    - Landscape HQ Version for landscape phone cameras at 640x480 resolution (50% preview). Good for 3rd Ed. Nokias (5500, N7x, N9x etc). m3dcam-l-hq
    - Portrait HQ For phones supporting portrait orientation 480x640 (50% preview). Tested on Sony Ericsson W850i. m3dcam-p-hq
    - Landscape Normal 480x360 resolution (50% preview). m3dcam-l-n
    - Portrait Normal 360x480 resolution (50% preview). m3dcam-p-n

This application is signed, so you may need to use an application like Nokia's PC Suite to install both the JAD and JAR files.

    Fring v3.02 S60v3

    App description :

Fring™ is a mobile application that allows you to make mobile calls and send instant messages (chat) to other fring users and PC-based IM services such as Skype, Google Talk, MSN Messenger & SIP at no extra cost beyond your existing data plan. Fring calls cost nothing extra because they utilize GPRS, 3G and Wi-Fi mobile Internet connections.

You can now use your SIP account even from non-SIP enabled phones. Choose whichever SIP provider you have and in just few clicks, start using this account to make calls to landlines, GSM phones, or to other SIP providers. What’s more, fring allows you to easily switch between them, without having to reconfigure your handset through a nightmarish process. Whether it is the GizmoProject, FWD, or any other SIP provider, fring is open to any SIP solution out there.

    Other features you’ve requested :

    - Unicode- all of those funny characters that appear as names should now be real letters! Of course it works on chat as well.
    - Blocked MSN users will no longer appear in your fring contact list and will remain as they should be – blocked
    - Other bugs have also been fixed

    More info at : hxxp://www.fring.com/

BluXone (Blu-Zone) is a bluetooth application for your Series 60 based Mobile Phones. With BluXone, you may now use your mobile phone to:

Share favourite songs, videos, pictures and ring tones with others
Creat personal profiles for others to view- share your likes, dislikes, thoughts, actions, emotions
View profiles of others around you and chat with them
Make announcements - all users in your range will get to know what you have to say
Free to download and free to use!!

    BluXone 0.4.40
2007-05-27: This release introduces BluXone for the Series 60 3rd Edition mobile phones - which essentially means that BluXone is now available on a very wide range of Symbian mobile phones. In addition to the support for 3rd Edition, this releases also incorporates numerous fixes and enhancements over the previous releases.

Support for Series 60 3rd Edition Phones.
3rd Edition users might need to pair their Mobile phones for BluXone to work seemlessly.
Enhanced File Selection Dialogs to support both Thumbnail and List views, as the thumbnail view seems to not work well on some phones.
    Sound alerts for incoming messages

    Telexy Networks SymSMB v2.0 S60v3 Uns*gned Cr*cked-BiNPDA

SymSMB 2.0 is mainly a browser that allows full file access not only to the internal phone drives, but also the shared network computer locations.

    [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

The work on the second version began as soon as the first one was released. The main feature of the second version is the SMB client which functions on the phone. That is SMB server implemented in the first version allowed external access to the phone disks, whereas, in the second version, the main goal was the access to computer's disks off the phone. Therefore the interface of the application has changed. SymSMB 2.0 is mainly a browser that allows full file access not only to the internal phone drives, but also the shared network computer locations.

    [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

The main view from SymSMB v1.10 exists in v2.0, however it is now under "Options/Settings" and has an additional folder "Network drives",which allows to map the shared network locations

The main development effort is completed now. Everything works as planned. If you have access to a computer that is on a network then you can access its shared locations. At this time, the effort is concentrated on testing and improving some aspects of the user interface.

During development we had a few interesting challenges which were all successfully solved:

    - 1) Specifications of SMB client allowed us to implement a flexible power-saving (key for mobile devices) policy when accessing the computer. This is because the transport channel is only opened when there are active requests from the client. As soon as there's no activity (inactivity timer), the channel is closed thus preventing waste of power for an inactive connection. In summary, when the client is active, the transport channel is automatically opened and then automatically closed when activity ceases. On the other hand, for SMB server (access phone drives from a computer) activity, the connection has to be opened manually.

    - 2) In the new version, the transport has been completely re-engineered. We believe SymSMB v2.0 operates practically at the physical capacity limit of wireless channels.

Aside from the novelties in the new version, significant attention has been given to removal of defects found after release of SymSMB v1.10. We are thankful to all the users that reported the errors. It helped determine the reasonable priorities and the paths toward their correction.

Defects found in v1.10 can be grouped in the following manner:

    - 1) Speed - there were many concerns about the low speed. This was partially our fault, but as mentioned above this is now fixed. In addition, we had to research the speed of Nokia phones' WiFi components. The results were quite interesting.
    - 2) Notorious error -34. The problem was that this error came up only during very specific conditions. We were able to reproduce with great difficulty on just one of the test phones. At this time, after the upgrade of the transport system we believe that this error has been fixed.
    - 3) Microsoft Office files - when working with Microsoft (Office Word, Excel, etc.) files located on the phone (this group also includes renaming or changing attributes of the files) the expected changes were not saved. This was fixed.
    - 4) Multi platform support - while SymSMB v1.10 only supported WindowsXP, v2.0 now works with Linux, Mac, Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows Vista as requested:

    [IMG] Reduced: 58% of original size [ 689 x 119 ] - Click to view full image
    [IMG]

We are confident that v2.0 users will not see these (and hopefully any other) errors.
The work is mostly on schedule and we hope that SymSMB v2.0 will find its customers in time!

The attached .rar file contains the User Guide too.
