Security:
You can password protect and encrypt your data stored in Best Safe. To enable security use 'Set Password' command. After you specify a password all your data will be encrypted. Every time you open Best Safe the application asks you for the password. When you work with the application all data encryption/decryption is performed on the fly and absolutely transparent to you.

If you want to disable password protecting of your data by some reason you can use 'Change password' command and specify empty password.

To keep your data secure we use BlowFish encryption and MD5 message digest algorithms.

Please note: your password is not stored anywhere inside the application or on the device in order to increase safety. Password verification is performed by checking digital signs (digital signs say nothing about your password nature). It means that no person (including the application developers) can open and see your data without specifying correct password. Please don't forget your password as there's no way to access your data without it!


Security options:
You can set up automatic application lock (password screen appears when the application is locked). To do so you can use Security options command and specify inactivity time period. E.g. specifying 15 seconds here means if during 15 seconds you don't work with your device (don't touch any key, etc) Best safe application will ask the password again before you can continue to work with the application.
Export/Import:
If you want to backup your data you can use Export command. The application exports your data in comma separated text file. Please note that this file is not encrypted and you can open it in readable form in Excel application on your desktop PC. You can import your data to the application using "Import" command. Please note that when you import data it just adds cards listed in the importing file to the existing database. If you already have the same card in the database you will get its duplicate.

Search:
You can find the needed card using "Search" command. Just specify a part of text you want to find and application will look for the needed cards for you. Search function will analyse all cards in all folders and will search for specified text in all fields in the card.

Description :
Sms Timer can send messages with 765 chars with multiple choice of recipients to a free defined point of time.
The receiver of the message is selected over the standard phonebook or an individual No. is entered. The standardized search function is present.
T9-Dictionary, special charakters and cut/copy/paste are likewise present. The program offers the possibility of dispatching up to 765 characters at any time.

Up to dispatching the SMS waits in the output box for sending at wanted point of time. At time of real sending, sms timer must not be opened, but the phone must be on.

Sms Timer is easy to use:

If you select "Send SMS" the actual send process will go on with starting the phonebook. The choice of a recipient happens about phonebook or giving in a number via "Another no". For looking for a name, enter the first character of it and a input field for this looking is presented. You arrive the editor for entering your message text. Here you have three possible choices: Cancel for going back to the phonebook (Text remains), cancel the whole procedure (you arrive the start point of program) or OK to come to the input for sending date and time. In this version you're able for using the function of T9 completely. Also cut, paste and special chars functions in editor are integrated. The buttons of selections have been changed. In the editor you decide about going Back (see above) or OK like the previous version. Default of date and time are the current system time.

It`s a mobile application which allow user to design / create their own Metadata. It`s similar to a Database, you can create any Table ( Metadata ) and enter data in it. User can create their own Contact / Calendar / Note / Todo / etc. There are some functionalities below :

Metadata :

* There are some default Metadata are included, but user can remove them as they like.
* User can create / design Metadata for their own use. Eg, User can create their own Contact / Calendar / Note / Todo / etc.
* Can set the data range of each field.
* There are 9 fields to choose :

Text : Either normal single text or multiple choices.

Numeric : Either normal single number or multiple choices.
( Can create Option field up to 10 options )

Boolean : Example ***, Male and Female.

Date : Year, Month and Day.

Time : Hour and Minute.

Date Time : Year, Month, Day, Hour and Minute.
( The format of 3 field type above are controlled by Settings. )

Phone Number : Phone number.

( User can make the call or go to the URL by the record )

Settings :

* Each record has Datetime added and updated, user can decide to show / hide them in Settings.
* Can set the Font Size : Small / Middle / Large.
* Can choose the date and time format.
* Can set to show the data range of the field.

Basic :

* Can Mark ( # ) to highlight some items.
* Can view record in either List or Content mode.
* Previous value : User can select the previous inserted values.

List mode :

* Can Filter the data by any Field from the Metadata.
* Allow user to select the Field to display in the list. And the Field to be the key to sort. The action will be saved for next time use.
* Can Tick ( * ) Item(s) to remove them.

Content mode :

* Provide basic text operations like Cut, Copy, Clone and Paste.
* Can surf the internet address / make a call if the record include phone no. or URL.
* Can use goto in content mode. User can jump to any Item if they know the item ordering no.
* Password protection.
* Can set / cancel / change the password.
