This is powerful text editor for series 60

DEdit is first in world true multitask application for Series 60. You can use it for editing multiple text files, and system create new instance of program for each file.

- Remember last editing position in each text-file, that you edit;
- Remember user-defined positions in file (e.g. bookmarks)
- Use many encodings, ascii and unicode
- Supports editing of big files (several megabytes or even more)

Description:
This is small text editor for Symbian S60 3rd phones.
Program supports following text formats:-ASCII (ISO-8859-15 (Latin 9))
-Unicode (UTF-16)(First 256 characters)
UTF-8 is not supported.

This program is designed for small files, and limit is 200 Kb. Bigger files are loaded as read-only files.

Features:
Portrait and Landscape modes.
Different text sizes.
Copy/Paste with phone pen key.
Save and load from phone memory or memory card.
Find from text file.
Set one bookmark for file.

Instructions:
Help is opened in text editor, on program startup.

Chinese -> English: enter Chinese characters (both traditional and simplified work) or pinyin with tone numbers (e.g. "ci2 dian3") or pinyin without tone numbers (e.g. "ci dian") or pinyin with accents (e.g. "c? diǎn").​

Wildcards such as * and ? can be used. Several search and display options are available in the Settings dialogue.​

What is Anyview

Anyview is a free ebook reader for mobile phones. Anyview is written in Java, therefore should run on any phone that supports Java, and supports the JSR-75 standard. It is known to run successfully on more than 100 phone models from SonyEricsson, Motorola, and Nokia.

History

Anyview is not a commercial product, but was was developed in my spare time over the past 2 years. It has slowly improved from the initial simple TXT reader of Release 0.2 to the current 3.1 version which can handle many different file formats. Originally written to only work on E680/A780 phones, it now works on hundreds of models. Many friends have given me encouragement and advice with this development effort with the result that I believe that Anyview is now the best ebook reader available for Java enabled phones.

If you can't install app with .Jad file, please set your date as 08.08.2008 than you can install app successfully. After installed app, you can change date back to current date.
