Hockey fans all over the World are disappointed with the latest news announcing that the 04/05 National Hockey League season has been cancelled. While fingers of blame are being pointed all over, the simple fact is that due to the lockout, any hopes of watching a live exciting hockey game played at the highest professional level just flew out the window. Hockey fans like me are left out in the cold and have to watch replays just to get our regular hockey fix.

Since the NHL season has been called off, hockey fans all over the World are probably looking for something to give them their hockey fix. There are games available both on the PC and the various next generation consoles. Mobile hockey games are few and far between, and those that are available are seriously lacking in quality. HPL is an adequate hockey game to play around with. However those seeking more depth and realism in their hockey games are better off playing hockey in their Xbox or PS2.

The objective of the game is to find your way through the mazes and caves to the exit door of each level. In most levels, you also need to clear the monsters from the area. Your character is equipped with bombs. After you place a bomb, it will explode after a short period of time. The explosion will spread flames in the four main directions. You can destroy monsters by hitting them with flames. Some monsters will take several hits to destroy. There is a limit to how many bombs you can place at a time. If you have the maximum number of bombs placed you cannot place more until some of them have exploded. You have an unlimited supply of standard bombs.

There are a lot of monsters living in the mazes so beware and look for any treasures!

Meet Leon the Chameleon.
He's lost and a long way from home. He's hungry to get home....he's just plain hungry. Guide Leon through 36 levels spread over four worlds to get him home safely, eating as much fruit as possible along the way.
How To Play
Use Leon's tongue to eat fruit, he can only eat fruit that is the same colour as his skin.
However, his skin changes colour to that of the leaves of the last fruit he ate.
Leon can fly across gaps, using his tongue, as he eats fruit.
As you progress through the worlds, Leon's tongue will grow longer, giving him the ability to cross larger gaps.
A level is finished when Leon gets to the exit, but new worlds only open when he has eaten enough, and a special treat awaits if you get Leon home and eat all the fruit along the way.
